If your application seems like a good fit for our group, you will be invited to share with us further information about yourself and your motivation to become a Shaper. This process ensures that we can look beyond your CV and understand your skillsets and which actionable projects you have in mind that can contribute to improving Freiburg. In addition, the interviews offer you the opportunity to get to know us and get answers to any questions you may have.
